Instead of relying solely on company-provided inbound leads at my current sales role, I proactively engineered my own digital funnel. Applying the community-led growth playbooks of builders like Matt Gray and Kallaway, I launched a targeted YouTube Shorts strategy to capture attention and build trust. Using a hybrid stack of Premiere, After Effects, and Figma, I produced high-retention video content and designed valuable digital 'freebies'—effectively turning passive viewers into an active, inbound community of sales leads.
